Battle of Britain Memorial, Capel le Ferne by Andy Tuohy (Limited Edition Print)
The memorial site at Capel-le-Ferne was chosen because of it's close associations with both the First and Second World Wars. Situated on the clifftop at Capel-le-Ferne the landscaped area features the memorial at its centre, a sculpture of seated airman looking out to sea, with a view across the English Channel to France on a clear day. The Wing building, opened in 2015 takes the smooth line of the Spitfire's wing as it's inspiration.

His work often includes subjects as diverse as modernist architecture; coastal landmarks from beach huts to bus shelters; transport; landscapes and seascapes.
